Say no, any time
Ask the lead for a no-film band at the start, and we keep you out of shot. If you appear in something anyway, email us and we take it down.
You choose whether you are in it.
We film at some runs to share the club’s story on Citadel’s channels, and we ask members to send their own clips too. This is how we do it, and how you say no.
Your footage
When you send us clips, you are telling us everyone recognisable in them agreed to be filmed. We ask before we feature anyone.
What we never show
A route or start time before a run, house numbers, car registration plates, or anyone who asked not to be filmed. We post after runs, never live.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to delete it.
To opt out, ask for something to be taken down, or ask what we hold, email tumi.citadel@gmail.com. We answer within seven days.
