App Citadel Fitness Reply within 7 days, usually sooner Updated September 6, 2026

There is no ticket system and no bot. Mail goes to a person who works on the app. Below is how to reach them, and the questions that come up most often, in case one of them saves you the wait.

01

Getting in touch

From inside the app

Go to Account → Help & feedback. This is the better route when you can still open the app: it arrives with your account attached, so nobody has to ask which account you mean, and we can reply to the address you are signed in with.

By email

If you cannot sign in, have uninstalled the app, or are asking before you install anything:

Either way you will hear back within 7 days, and in practice usually the same day. If a week passes with nothing, assume the mail went astray and send it again rather than waiting.

02

When something is broken

Bug reports get fixed faster when they arrive with enough to reproduce the problem. If you can, include:

  • What you were doing when it went wrong, in the order you did it.
  • What you expected and what happened instead. “The save button did nothing” is more useful than “it broke”.
  • Your phone and Android version, and the app version from Account → Version.
  • A screenshot, if there was anything on screen worth seeing.
If data seems to have gone missing

Say so first and in as much detail as you can, including the dates involved. That is the one category of problem we treat as urgent, and the sooner it is described the more likely it is recoverable.

03

Using the app

How do I log a workout?

Tap “Log workout” on Home, or open the Workouts tab, add exercises from the catalogue, fill in your sets, then tap Confirm.

Can I edit or delete a past workout?

Yes. Open any day on the Workouts calendar to edit or remove what you logged for that day.

How do streaks work?

Your current streak counts consecutive days with at least one logged workout containing real values. It resets if a day is missed.

How do I change my units (lb/kg, mi/km)?

Go to Account → Units and choose your preferred weight and distance units. This updates how weights and distances are shown throughout the app.

How do I turn on notifications?

Go to Account → Notifications to enable workout reminders, per-category newsletter alerts, and email updates.

04

Plans and payment

What are Fortress and Valhalla?

They are Citadel Fitness’s two paid plans, on top of the free tier everyone has. Fortress covers what you did: records, analytics, export, programs and groups. Valhalla covers what to do next — weight and rep suggestions worked out from your own logged sessions, plus form check and nutrition coaching, which a real person answers. Neither is on sale yet. Open Account → Plans to compare them and join a waitlist.

Is anything actually charged for right now?

No. Nothing in the app can be bought, and no payment details are asked for anywhere. The plan pages exist so you can see what is coming and put your name down. If a plan is ever switched on for your account it is because we did it by hand, not because you paid.

When plans do open, how billing and cancellation work is set out in the terms of service.

05

Account and data

How do I reset my password?

From the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password?” and follow the link emailed to you.

Is my data private?

Yes. The privacy policy sets out exactly what is collected, why, and who it reaches, and it is also linked from Account → Privacy policy in the app.

One thing worth knowing without reading the whole document: the activity leaderboard shows your display name, photo and days trained to every signed-in user. It never shows what you lifted. If you would rather not appear, do not set a display name or photo.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account → Account management → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, workout history and profile, and there is no way to undo it.

If you have already uninstalled the app, the deletion page explains how to ask us instead, and lists exactly what gets removed.
